A family favourite, baked from a recipe passed down through generations. These buttery, ‘cakey’ biscuits are filled with milk chocolate chips and made using Australian butter and flour milled just down the road in Manildra. Each biscuit is hand-rolled and baked with care — the kind of treat that finds its way into lunchboxes, just like it has for years.
Meet The Maker
Handcrafted by Em in the country town of Manildra, The Flour Miller’s Wife biscuits are made with love and local pride. Em bakes each batch using ingredients from nearby producers — Little Big Dairy Co milk from Dubbo, Jones Bros Eggs, Australian butter, and honey from Whipple & Co in Molong. Her biscuits celebrate the region’s finest flavours and the joy of homemade baking, just like the ones you grew up with.
