DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently deliver within Australia and New Zealand only.
If you're outside these regions and would love something from Tomolly, please reach out to us belinda@tomolly.com.au — we’re always happy to see what we can do.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We process deliveries between Monday and Friday.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact The Shopkeeper for assistance of tracking at belinda@tomolly.com.au
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. The Shopkeeper will endeavor to get your order to you ASAP, but unfortunately has no control over postal services. If you require urgent delivery, choose "Discuss shipping with The Shopkeeper" at checkout, and we can have arrange something suitable for you.
