Cranberry & White Choc Chip Biscuits – The Flour Miller’s Wife

A delicious mix of sweet and tangy — these biscuits are filled with creamy white chocolate chips and bursts of cranberry. Handmade by Em in Manildra using Australian butter and flour milled just down the road, each one is hand-rolled, baked to golden perfection, and finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.

Meet The Maker

Handcrafted by Em in the country town of Manildra, The Flour Miller’s Wife biscuits are made with love and local pride. Em bakes each batch using ingredients from nearby producers — Little Big Dairy Co milk from Dubbo, Jones Bros Eggs, Australian butter, and honey from Whipple & Co in Molong. Her biscuits celebrate the region’s finest flavours and the joy of homemade baking, just like the ones you grew up with.

Don't pass by Carcoar on your way through. This gorgeous little historical town is worth the visit. Tomolly is like a museum full of considered treasures to buy. Each one holding character and value. I may have left with several parcels all beautifully wrapped and scented with their unique spray. Already looking forward to my next visit.
