Refund policy
Please ensure you choose carefully when making your online purchase, as we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you’ve ordered the wrong size or need an exchange for a similar issue, we're here to help.
Refunds for Damaged Items
The Shopkeeper will pack your order with the same loving care and consideration that you would expect if buying in store. If your goods do arrive damaged, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a return. The returned item must be unopened and in packaging. Tomolly will cover all shipping and postage costs for the return of damaged goods.
