Em’s take on the much-loved Australian classic, the Kingston. These oaty ANZAC-style biscuits are sandwiched with smooth milk chocolate — the perfect pairing for a hot cuppa. Baked in Manildra with local ingredients, they’re delightfully crunchy, but if you prefer a softer biscuit, simply pop them into a tin with another variety and they’ll soften right up.
Meet The Maker
Handcrafted by Em in the country town of Manildra, The Flour Miller’s Wife biscuits are made with love and local pride. Em bakes each batch using ingredients from nearby producers — Little Big Dairy Co milk from Dubbo, Jones Bros Eggs, Australian butter, and honey from Whipple & Co in Molong. Her biscuits celebrate the region’s finest flavours and the joy of homemade baking, just like the ones you grew up with.
