Made by Chapo’s, a small family-run business in Young, this raw honey from Australia is 100% pure and coarsely filtered to keep the good bits in—like bee pollen and propolis. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Just real, natural honey that tastes as it should.

Ingredients

Bees Own Blend has been collected by the bees from; Spotted Gum, Black Box, Yellow Box, Blakey’s Red Gum, Scotch Thistle, Lucerne, St Barnaby's Thistle. It is a great allrounder with rich tones and a good depth of flavour. Delicious with everything from crumpets, sourdough bread, tea, coffee, in cooking, on cheese platters to porridge and smoothies.

Red Stringybark (Eucalyptus Macrorhyncha) is collected from Gundaroo, Crookwell and the Yass Valley, it has rich buttery caramel tones with malt notes.  Previous studies at the University of Sydney found that Red Stringybark honey offered excellent antibacterial properties. A great addition to your pantry in winter months!

Acorn Mallee (Eucalyptus Oleosa) has rich Butterscotch tones with a hint of Citrus.
