Why? Because gratitude is one of the highest vibrations we can exist in. When take time out to intentionally practice gratitude we raise our vibration and ignite a whole lot of love. Practicing gratitude promotes a mindset of abundance rather than one of lack. It's a beautiful energy to feel into.
ACTIVITY: Each morning, take 5-10 minutes to sit & take some mindful breaths (perhaps with your cuppa) and write down three things that you are grateful for and why.
