The throw together dish you never knew you needed! Easter usually brings a beautiful autumn night where we light the first fire of the year.. This is the perfect pre dinner warmer to enjoy with some bubbles.
This was first inspired by my lovely friend and talented photographer Luisa Brimble (fun fact: Luisa was who coined me #theshopkeeper at a girls retreat in Binda several years ago).
Throw all the ingredients into a cast iron pan lined with baking paper, as if you are making a platter.
I usually use:
- a yummy blue cheese & a triple Brie from our local Second Mouse Cheese
- walnuts + olives + peppers + clove garlic + fresh herbs of your choice
- fresh figs + or fruit of your choice and honey comb
Let it start to heat through until the cheese starts to get gooey (yum my mouth is watering writing this).
Dig in with fresh sourdough or a yummy loaf of bread broken into bite size pieces!!! Enjoy!
