This is your invitation to take a barefoot walk in your backyard or somewhere in nature one morning. Start by making yourself a warm drink (Molly's favourite is tea or cacao), take off your shoes and slowly wander, taking in all the little details you might usually pass by. With each step, move with intention and notice the beauty around you. If you have plants, perhaps give them a bit of water or feel the textures of the plants and trees with your hands. Breathe mindfully, stay present and enjoy this simple moment of connection with the world around you.
