Belinda's Baked Oats

Steve and I have been absolutely hooked on these bloody delicious baked oats. They're perfect for breakfast, but we also can't resist having them for dessert! Honestly, I just throw everything together without any real method, but I just had to share this with you.

Ingredients
4 mashed bananas
2 cups of rolled oats
2 eggs
Sprinkle of sugar
1 punnet blueberries
Method
Stir is all together and bake on 180 degrees celcius (fan forced) until set, probably about an hour.
 
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt & enjoy!
