Prioritise meditation & if you've never meditated before, now is the perfect time to start! Meditation is a powerful tool which allows the mind to be still and strengthens the connection we have with ourselves. The powerful practice of meditation can create an abundance of positive outcomes in your life such as healing, clarity and inner peace.. not to mention a moment to retreat from the craziness of of the world!
TIP: the practice of meditation is not to stop thinking all together (although if you practice enough you can get there!!) it is simply to become aware of thoughts, recognise they are there and let them go. Like a cloud floating in the sky.
