Nasal Breathing
Check in with your breath right now. Are you breathing through your mouth into your chest, or are you breathing through your nose deep into your belly?
Nasal breathing is much better for us than mouth breathing. It increases oxygenation, filters out pollutants in the air, and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which supports rest and digestion. Nasal breathing can also help reduce stress and anxiety, bringing a sense of calm to the body and mind.
